It’s on the wattle, and looks like it may be fowl pox. The Educators will know better than I.

It does look like possible fowl pox, but I wonder what the inside of the beak looks like. Can you take a picture of the inside of her beak, especially on her right side where it is discolored? Dies she have any yellow material inside of the beak? Do you have mosquitoes out at this time? Fowl pox is a virus carried by mosquitoes in warm weather.

Hello sorry for the late reply but this is what her mouth looks like. It looks like an injury maybe.

Does there appear to be any yellow material beneath the black stuff? Wet fowl pox can sometimes occur inside the beak causing yellow gunk. The wet form is more severe than the dry form that causes skin scabs. Make sure that she is eating and drinking.
