First time hatch! Any tips?

I'm hatching chickens for the first time....do you guys have any tips on how to improve hatch rate?

i'm fairly new at this myself but the folks on here will need more info such as temps humidity levels what kind of incubator you are using. is it still air or fan. what are you hatching? good luck to you. it is a lot of fun

Also many people say not to turn them for the first 3 days in the incubator to give the air cell extra time to settle. I do 45 - 50% humidity until day 18, and then 75-80% during lockdown.
