First Time Hatcher Question

Hi everyone I have a hatching question.. I set 25 silkie eggs on the 30th and could not resist taking a peek at a few tonight to see if I could see anything. Well this is what I have seen on the few I checked I have a clear spot at the top and on the bottom of the eggs they kind of look cooked

.. Is this normal or am I loosing my babies before they get started? I would really appreciate any advice because as I said this is my first hatch and I am a nervous wreck with no one to turn to for advice.

The space near the big end is the air cell. At 4-5 days incubation, you should be able to see a very small dark/red blob with tiny red vessels coming from it. The yolk will appear darker than at day 1. Candle again on day 7 and you can toss out the bad ones.
