SOOOOOOooooooCuTe!!
Do youhave a plan of action to take the chick out after it is dry without shrink wrapping the rest of the gang??
I read that for ducks, you can reach in & nab the chick then spray the rest of the eggs lightly with 110*F water.
But that is for ducks...humidity is 75% in hatch box.
any signs of more pips????????

Haven't seen anymore pips?!? I hope this guys is just ahead of the gang
Is it normal for one to come out before the others?
I was thinking that I would dribble more hot water through the vent hole on top to spike up the humidity (onto the sponge) just before I take out the chick. how does that sound??

Well, maybe you should leave her in there for a day. Chicks don't need to eat the first day...and maybe it will hurry the rest by screaming at them to hurry up.
I think the rest will come by tomorrow. It will be day 21 right?
