Oh okay, but won't that make it hard for them to breathe once they have internally pipped?

I have one baby hatched and she has a pink bump on her stomach with the cord still connected to the egg. What do I do?? I have 2 more eggs externally pipped and 5 internally.

That is the umbilical cord - has it absorbed the yolk sac? If so you can add a little corn starch to the umbilical cord to help dry it out. It should fall off in the next week. Let them hatch on their own - only if it is very very late intervene.
