First time hatching eggs

    I was just wondering I have eggs comming in tomorrow, and am starting incubator up in the next few min. or so. Now I just got a egg that one of the hens just layed. I want to no what do I have to do, just put in there when it comes up to the right temp. or do I wait a while. She just layed it a few min ago. HELP Please.

    just place it small end down in a egg carton, at room temp and when your eggs arive put them all in at the same time. getting the bator up to temp and set is the main thing. maybe your hen will another egg and you can put in also.
