First time hatching quail eggs

I had 15 of my eggs set, 11 hatched two more are trying.
I was very happy with the fertility.

Nice! Would you recommend raising jumbo or regular quail? Jumbo seems like the better deal but I don't like how there's less cute feather variants. Apparently they're also a little less good than standard for eggs (according to myshire).

I want jumbo because of meat production.
My breeder pen is 11 hens and 2 roosters, 5 of the hens are just starting to lay, right now I’m getting 11 eggs/day.
