First Time Hatching

This is the first time I’ve ever hatched eggs. I currently have 4 Cayuga duck eggs in my incubator and it’s day 28. 2 out of 4 eggs have externally pipped on the small end of the egg, and the other 2 have done nothing yet. One of them looks like it hit a vein as there is a dark ring around where it pipped, but it’s still alive. It has been this way for at least 24 hours now, could be closer to 30. My concern is that I have no idea what my humidity is, but I have plenty of water in there and a wet sponge. It almost looks like the membrane is shrinking away from the shell now. I’m not sure if I should help or not. I tried putting a little coconut oil on the membrane, but should I do something else?

Make sure the membrane is broken so it can breathe. If you have a wet sponge in there, it should be humid enough.
