First time hatching..

So, this is my first time hatching eggs. I started with 7 shipped eggs, egg #1 got a blood ring, egg #5 never amount to anything. The other 5 eggs seemed to develop according to all the pics I've seen and on target. Sunday night I went into lockdown after one last check, and everyone looked good. Tuesday AM, egg #7 pipped, and by 8pm Tuesday night, little #7 hatched. I left her in (I'm guessing her lol) overnight, and she was fluffy in the am so I put her in the brooder. Now, my issue is this, the other 4 eggs haven't even pipped. #7 was always the most advanced looking embryo, so her hatching first doesn't surprise me. It's now day 22, so I'm wondering when to be really worried about the rest....

Just gonna bump this up, as poor #7 is cheeping so loudly and non stop I think because she's alone... I feel so bad for her...

Maybe she is cold, make sure you have a good lamp she doesn't have other chicks to cuddle with. And i would wait till day 26 to see if any more will come out. I got 15 shipped eggs got only 3 chicks contact the seller send me another 8 eggs got only 2 chicks form that 8 eggs. I think shipped eggs are harder to incubate by my experience. I did incubate my neabers eggs put 12 eggs got 10 chicks. So im guessing it get messed up in shipped. Good luck!!!

Maybe she is cold, make sure you have a good lamp she doesn't have other chicks to cuddle with. And i would wait till day 26 to see if any more will come out. I got 15 shipped eggs got only 3 chicks contact the seller send me another 8 eggs got only 2 chicks form that 8 eggs. I think shipped eggs are harder to incubate by my experience. I did incubate my neabers eggs put 12 eggs got 10 chicks. So im guessing it get messed up in shipped. Good luck!!!

I don't "think" heat is the issue, thermometer says it's 93 in there. She's eating,drinking, and pooping well lol. Once I go back into the room, she quiets down, so I really think it's being alone. This poor thing, I don't think she wants to wait 4 more days for siblings. Is it normal for one egg to hatch basically a day early, and the rest to hatch 3-4 days later?

I had situations that some comes on day 26. But most of them should come out by day 23.

He is soooo cute hope you get some more. I hate shipped eggs to incubate. The bad thing is i paid $150 for 15 eggs Gold Deadleayer chicken. And to get only 3 not good. Very expensive bread of chicken!!

Thanks! I did the whole ebay thing for Ayam Cemanis... won with a low bid of $50 for 6 with shipping, so even if I get just her, I still saved $ over buying 3 from a hatchery. That's how I'm trying to look at it anyway lol.
