first time hatching

I don't know all the chicks were doing fine eating, drinking and being active and a hour after I checked and I just saw one dead. Also they keep on pecking at each others feet, wings and eye do you know how to stop this?

I would separate them if they are doing that, perhaps they are just bored, is there enough food in there? Perhaps the cage is to small?
