First Time Incubating-Day 20

Hi all! I've had backyard chickens for a few years and this is the first time I've attempted hatching my own.
I'm in day 20, and am absolutely stalking (but not touching) the five eggs I have going I know they can take longer to hatch than the 21 days, but am making myself crazy watching and listening and worrying. I'm so afraid I messed up somewhere along the way and they won't hatch, even though they looked great at day 18
