First Time Incubating Dry- What's your lowest successful humidity?

If the humidity is too high, chicks pipping through the inner membrane can encounter water inside the egg and drown before they can pip the egg shell. Thus you get fully developed chicks that drown and never hatch. This is only talking about incubation humidity - not lockdown humidity which should be fairly high. A lot of people 'dry hatch' - there is an instructional thread on this on the BYC home page.
