First Time Incubating Mallard Eggs

I'm thinking they won't be making it to day 28. They may be coming early, weds will be the 25th day. They started egg dancing and peeping on sunday.

SOOOOOoooo of course they hatched on day 25. 6 so far hatched, and one is in the middle of making his way into the world. But one have something wrong with it. Its very strange. I took pics, trying to get them uploaded so you guys can see and give opinions on the little one. Thought he wasn't going to make it, did the worst coming out and has this thing protruding from him =(

This is my injured one. Still able to go to the bathroom though. Don't know quite what to do =( Opinions???

OH MY GODS what do i doooooo???? His insides are not inside!!!

That is where they are attached to the egg through there belly button. Leave it alone on both ducklings. They should be left in the incubator until the are fully dry and able to move around on their own.

well both are moving around. the one had broken his yolk on his way out of his egg and it had dried all over him =( had to clean him. but he's doing fine this morning. both still have these little red things hanging outside their bodies, the size is a little bigger than a pea. He's the smallest of them all, and the other one is the second smallest. Still one egg in the incubator...but no movement or anything. Should i be concerned about the red things hanging from the two little ones?
