Are geese supposed to go 28 days or am I making that up? I personally would lean toward giving them more time if they're only one day over, but I am obviously no expert! Good luck to you!

Oh and P.S. if you accidentally drop your electronic thermometer into boiling water while checking its accuracy, the empty incubator is a good dehydrator...

I am working on the assumption that 28 days is right however I read that some heavy breeds go up to 10 days more. All that said I just check and I got one eggs having breakout chips and I hear maybe 2 to 3 different peeps so I got life. as for the poster KSH1 I don't understand the post or what you mean?

Great incubator. You have absolutely nothing to do. You could even go on holiday. If it wasn't for our friend Covid..
Enjoy. 👍

I often work very long days, so it seemed logical to get an incubator that doesn't need much help from me!

@darrel99 I accidentally dropped an electronic thermometer into boiling water, but I already had the incubator running empty so I turned the humidity way down and put the thermometer in there overnight. It dried out nicely and still works. :)
