First time incubating

Well day 22 and nothing at all!

I just candled the 2 that is left in the bator and both are moving. I'm just worried why they haven't hatched. I don't think I need to do anything but wait right???

Temp is at 101 and hum I've been keeping at 50 -55. Am I doing this wrong? So many people so many ways!

Waiting is about all you can do. Humidty should be bumped to 65+ if you can get it up there for hatch. I used sponges in the bator this time and it seemed to work well.

I might have missed it but I did not see where you have a fan inside(did not go back and read it all again--LOL)Have you got your thermometer down as low as the eggs and right beside them? If I am using a "still air" incubator I like having a thermometer with a wire sensor so I can place the sensor in the middle of the batch and at the height of the middle of the eggs. Heat rises so the placement of the thermometer is real important in a still incubator. Wishing you the BEST!!

I do have the eggs down with the thermometer and it is reading 100-101. With some small spikes to 102 but I'm watching very close and vent it back to 100. I have the humidity to 67 right now buy putting a moist sponge on top of the light that has a cage around it. Still no hatch and it is now day 23. I really don't know what to do other than wait it out!
