First time incubation/hatching question

I put 7 eggs into my incubator in my classroom. Last night (4/28/16) one egg hatched (they named it Jeffrey). I have four more eggs that have been candled and are suppose to hatch. None of them are showing signs of any movement, hatching, etc. Should I panic? Should I just wait and see what happens? Help!

What day did the one that hatched hatch on? Was it on time, early or late?
