First time incubator parents

Hi Everyone;
I haven't posted here in a very long time.
Hubby got the idea to try incubating some chicks so we read up on it
looked at videos on utube and built ourselves an incubator.
It is day 20 and we have 2 pips and at least 4 more eggs that
have sounds of life inside.

I don't expect all of them to hatch. I think we have 14.
One little egg is a mille fluer bantam but he/she has another
week to go.
This is so exciting. I can't wait for them to get out of their shellse

1st chick is almost out!!! lots of peeping from this little one. I uploaded a pic but I don't know where it went.

Another chick out on it's own this morning and another one minutes from popping out.
We had to help another one and it had been trying for 24 hrs with little success.
My Buff chickens for some reason have very thick shells. There are at least 4 more
eggs with pips.
