First time issue

Hey all! I'm having an issue with my week old baby chicks that I got last Thursday. They were shipped to me but they were only enroute 48 hours. I know stress can be a factor. But, I have lost 3 in 3 days. They just quit eating and have air in their crop. I have 2 more showing signs and I have separated them and put elecolytes in their water. It isn't a feed issue. I have 2 other brooder with 9 and 7 and they are fine. My daughter got some bantams, about the same age, from TSC and they are in with the ones I got and are fine. Anyone know what it may be and how to fix it? TIA
