First time Kulling our Roosters... Need a good recipe!

I need some recipes on how to prepare our rooster's.( We're out numbered with roosters) Anybody have anything somewhat easy? Thanks!

The best way I have found is to slow cook them in a crock pot with seasonings of choice and add dumplings (I have used grocery store biscuits before) or you can use noodles or rice. We butchered a few roosters a while back and the first one I cooked, I did in boiling water for about an hour and it was tough as shoe leather. The second one I put in the crock pot from 8am to 6pm and it was "fall off the bone" tender.
