First Time "Meeting" a Grape...

So far the most popular treat here for my gander is whole corn for my goose is mealworms.

Oh, she does love worms. I haven't actually tried mealworms with them, but she found an actual worm. Well Golly found it and was playing with it in a puddle and she snatched it away from him and just slurped it down before he could even try to take it back. lol

don't give em leafy stuff already shredded, outta see the fun they will have especially if you have ducks and chickens, just toss a head of lettuce out in the commons area, and they will be entertained all day long though it does tend to look like a soccer or rugby game lol, it's a great boredom buster. My chickens don't like grapes but if I bring bananas home better be the only thing I have to deal with cause you'd think I was the one with the foot ball everyone was trying to tackle lol

My goose doesn't care for grapes, but my new gander Jensen just discovered them and he loves them! Last night, a friend of mine had bought a bag of grapes for herself, and she decided to share a few with Jensen. He gobbled them up and went for the bag, which she put out of his reach on the table. Jensen circled the table for a while, then stepped up on a shoe so he could j-u-s-t reach the handle of the bag, toppled the bag over, snatched a cluster, and RAN! He was so happy, eating and running and spilling grapes everywhere.
