First time, new hatch, minor issue

I just had two chicks hatch yesterday, one in the morning, one at night. The first one seems to have an issue with walking around. He seems to like laying on his side, though he seems to rest on his stomach since I kept sitting him up. He is dry, warm, and has water. The one that was born at night seems to be moving around just fine, has use of her facilities, and is almost completely dry. Does the first one have an issue or is he just slow on the up take of walking? If he does have an issue, what can I do about it?
