First time raising chickens.

We bought nine chick's on Sunday. We got 7 Road Island Reds, and 2 Black Sex Link. And are going to try to produce our own eggs. We already have an 8 x 8 coop. But need to build nesting boxes and a pin behind it. Never messed with chickens before so this will be all new to me.

I've pretty much lived on my grandparents farm since i was a kid. But they only raised cows and pigs. So this probably isn't rocket science but just learning how to do it the right way and learning a few tricks along the way.
