Hi everyone. New to this site so hoping for advice! I keep Silkies and giant Brahmas and have every confidence in most of their eggs being fertile. I know I have to incubate the eggs and candle at 5-7 days to check for viability but what do I do once I am happy they are fertile? Do I simply take the fertile ones and package them up for prospective buyers? Are they ok being taken out of the incubator and then packaged/posted? and if so does the buyer take these days out of the incubator into consideration when counting down to Day 21? Thankyou for any advice in advance!!!!!

If your hens are with roosters, the eggs are likely fertile. You could incubate a few just to check or open the eggs to look for a halo (blastoderm vs. blastodisc).
Once incubation starts, it would be a very bad idea to pull the eggs out and send them somewhere else. That would likely kill the embryos.
Once incubation starts, they need to stay at that temperature throughout.
