I have been using my Janoel 18 on my last hatch and they all got death rings on day 9 
I followed advice to put temp at 37.5 and put one cups worth of water at day one only… I did candle daily, and the eggs where shipped. I’m picking up a new batch of fertile eggs and would love any advice for it work this time. Thankyou
