first time with an incubator....help

Next week I will be getting 12 Indian Runner hatching eggs. I have a still air incubator that we added the fan to and it also came with an egg turner.

What information can you give me to help make it a successful hatch?

With a fan it needs to stay at about 99.5 degrees

Turners are nice, Ive never had one..

do i need to let the eggs rest when I receive them?

What about humidity for duck eggs?

It is ok to use the turner?
