First time with meat birds and ailment. Help us figure out what is going on.

These birds are 4-5 weeks old Freedom Rangers. We wanted to move them to their chicken tractor 1-2 weeks ago but have had two deaths in the family plus a ton of rain so we weren't able to finish the tractor and move them until tonight. When moving them, we noticed that many of them are missing quite a few of their back and neck feathers. Not sure if it is pecking or if it is a parasite issue. Also, is this normal looking for a full crop? It seems so large on such a small bird. It is squishy feeling, not hard.

This little one looks even worse right now as she got really wet when we put the waterer in the tractor.

Thoughts on what is going on an what I can do about it are greatly appreciated.
