First time!

First time hatching.. doing great!! However today the incubator has a funny smell. Not sure if its from the hatched eggs and the poop or if something is wrong> Help!!

That funky smell doesn't sound good and neither does the "poop". Are your hatching eggs dirty? I would wash as much of the droppings off as possible before continuing the incubation. Washing them carefully will not harm them (I've done it a time or two before and had good hatches). A warm and humid incubator environment is a perfect place for breeding bacteria and that could run into contaminating the eggs and a possible messy situation.

Also, are your hatching fresh?

OH NO!!
I did get fresh fertilized eggs from my farmer. I did not clean them before putting them in incubator
Are they not suppose to poop?
I am so worried now

It's better if they are clean when you you incubate them. But don't worry, you can take them out and clean them carefully and remove any drop-offs from the incubator and continue incubating them as normal.
