First timer...and really excited!

Update! I had the first chick hatch out and we named it Premier. It is black with a yellow bottom and wing tips...black legs and beak. The last 3 to hatch are all yellow...except one has a black spot on its head. Spot seems a fitting name. This is day 21 and unsure about when to open up and call it quits and take the new babies out...what do you think? 8 left in there...can't see any pips.

You can probably snatch the babies and spent eggshells out quickly and put them in the brooder; have a damp sponge or piece of toweling handy to put into the incubator to renew the moisture lost when you open the door.
