Update! I had the first chick hatch out and we named it Premier. It is black with a yellow bottom and wing tips...black legs and beak. The last 3 to hatch are all yellow...except one has a black spot on its head. Spot seems a fitting name. This is day 21 and unsure about when to open up and call it quits and take the new babies out...what do you think? 8 left in there...can't see any pips.

We now have 9 of 12 hatched out with another poking through. It's still only day 20. I don't understand the earliness, but I'm happy that I didn't fail.
