First timer. Help please!

Hello!
I just unboxed and got my incubator set up. It says to let it run for 3-4 hrs before introducing eggs. I have eggs under a mama hen that are on day 19 that I am going to transfer into the incubator.

The problem is, it will not allow me to set the day. When I change the day settings to 19, it will blink and then go back to day 1. I’ve read the directions over and over. It says to set it to desired day and then it will automatically save after 5 seconds.

Next thing is- what are some tips on getting the humidity up? I can’t get it up much more than this.

What humidity is it saying?
Why are you removing the eggs from the broody?

The broody hatched a little one over 24 hrs ago and these eggs are a few days behind. I’m nervous she will abandon the remainder of the eggs soon to be with the chick.

Ah OK. That humidity is fine, you don't want it much higher.
