First timer here, and I can't get humidity down in incubator

Thankfully the humidity came down over the night. I think maybe the machine just needed time to regulate.

I will have my second thermometer and hygrometer today and I will put the eggs in the incubator tomorrow. We are trying to time it so they hatch out over a weekend so my kids will be home from school to see.

I put them in the incubator yesterday. I will definitely post picks when they (hopefully!) hatch. Things are going well with the incubator. I calibrated the temperature and it seems to be doing a good job. As far as the humidity goes, it is not too high at all anymore. I think when it was so high it was because there was so much residual water from me cleaning it.

Do you know how they typically hatch? Like, will it probably just be one by one throughout the day? I’m thinking of inviting some friends over for a little “hatch-watch” party.
