First timer.. No Hygrometer.. How Do I Check Humidity in Incubator?

What do I do? I'm in a tiny town.. no hygrometer... should I order on on ebay? Is there a way to check the humidity now? I'm on day 4, I added water to the pan (little giant still air) on day 1... should I have waited?

order one from eBay - the one I use was $0.99 on ebay but it took weeks to arrive from China - maybe spend a little more & get it before day 18?

In reality - you should be able to hatch w/o one. For the LG - keep a little water in 1 channel until day 18 - then fill them all (both?) and keep them full with hot water for the rest of the hatch.

The rest is built in & they seem to work OK - you can get better results with the hygro - but as long as 50% is OK with you - then you should have no issues w/o one.
