First timer with 10 chickens

Hey Guys! We just got our first chickens in March and are loving it! I’m excited to learn from all you seasoned chicken folk. Our brood consists of:
2 ameraucanas
2 blue langshans
2 black majesty marans
1 jaerhorn
1 silver laced Wyandotte
1 black laced gold Wyandotte
1 barnvelder
