I found an incubator at a rummage sale yesterday...never been used...but i wanted to make sure it has all the parts...i saw that it had thermometer type things, and a place for the water to go and a fan? Is there anything else my bator should need? the eggs also sit on a little rack...kinda like whats in an oven...

Quote:Plug it in for at least 8 hours to see if it will keep at 99.5 if so, your all set. And remember if you put it somewhere the room temp doesnt jump up and down like the outside weather it will stay stable. I have my 2 in my milk house as the temp in there is always about the same even with the temps outside rising and lowering at night.

Good luck, but be careful. Hatching is addictive! LOL
