Well we just killed & plucked two of our white rocks! They have been very mean lately & have been eating our eggs

so we decided its time to eat em. I am so excited to eat them at 4:00pm!

Wow... Kill to roaster in a couple hours!?! I can smell the broiler now! Enjoy.
P.S. I have read thru these forums that you need to rest the birds prior to cooking.... I assume that you feel this resting is not needed??? (Just asking your opinion... new to chickens)​
