1st time ever since I breed pheasants a female breed her clutch by herself. This time it is the yellow throat spurfowl francolin

She must feel comfortable with her surroundings.Make sure there are no holes where the little ones can escape. Those little buggers love to take off when ever they get the chance.Congradulations on your hatch,I'm sure you'll have many pics of chicks to show use in the near future.

she laid nine eggs I take away in the beginning to put in the incubator pheasants doesnot go broody by themselves normally I thought but at the end she got broody. In every aviary a put a lot of rocks and it seemed it do the trick.
