Wow, those eggs (both of you alls) are very nice. I must admit I didn't know how dark they were. I need some of those chicks...UGHHH..Thanks Guys..just what I need more chickens. I already have 43,ooops made that 55 I just incubated some. And ready to incubate again Tuesday.

That is pretty dark but it is sure beautiful!

I had a pullet lay, her 1st egg was darker than the eggs in the pic.
I didn't get to take a pic of it thought. it was deep rust color,probably about a 7 or so on the Marans chart.
