(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
I have been studying chickens for over 2 years now, I purchased my first flock in March from TSC. They gave me a deal....purchase 10 I can have them for 50 cents each...SO, I know chicken math...
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
wanted 6 came home with 12...LOL
(3) What breeds do you have?
Now that they have grown, I have 4 seabright bantams, 6 silkies (they were the 10 that were 50 cents each) and 2 RIR.
(4) How did you find out about BackYardChickens.com?
I had googled/ binged numerous questions and almost every time BackYardChickens.com came up and answered my questions
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
I also love to garden during the summer; flowers, vegetables, herbs, fruit.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I am a receptionist/secretary for a substance abuse not for profit organization. I have 3 children and 3 grand children. My husband and I also have a Chihuahua named Gooby besides the chickens.
