I made one! This is the only pic I have since I don't have it set up anymore.

I wrapped the tank in cardboard on 3 sides for some insulation. There was a big container of water (one high enough that the newly hatched chicks can't get into, or one with a screen top). I had a small fan hanging on the top of the aquarium blowing on the water. The eggs were on the opposite side of the tank on the $ store silicone ice cube trays (you can use cooling racks, instead, if you need to... or maybe a towel?) I covered the screen top in foil except where the heat lamp was, in the middle. I also got a thermometer and hygrometer at petco and set them next to the eggs. I hope that wasn't too confusing!
