fish meal

how do you serve it? its powder so you cant mix it with the food.it sinks. too much protien is bad.
(its 60% protien

for my peafowl and longtails)
i put it in a small round chick feeder, an take off the mason jar top......leave it out for a few days, and repeat next week.

what do you people do?

I don't use it but some on the board do. 60% protein seems a little high to leave out free choice. I believe others mix it in with the feed.

I see you got some good replies on EZ BYC.

I wouldn't feed it to my hens the fish smell would get into the eggs.
