ok, I scramble up our Duck's eggs several times a week for my husband, he loves them. Lately he has been telling me that they taste fishy. Now, they don't have access to the ocean and don't eat fish... the only thing i can think of is that I supplemented their feed with oyster shell. Does this impact the flavor that much? What are alternatives for calcium that don't affect flavor?
