Fist Egg!

Wow! I got a duck egg from my only rouen (which strikes me as odd due to rouens not being prolific layers). I never expected to look until spring, I just found it in their cage they go to at night. Anyone else's ducks laying?

Yay for your Rouen!

Ours are on an extended hiatus from egg laying. It's winter, so I am not going to push them. But romance is in the air, so eggs may not be far behind.
