fist time hatching

Well after placing 20+ eggs in and turning and turning the eggs only for the temp to spike to 104° for unknown amount of time I wake up this morning to a baby chick chirping and staring at me. This little chick will probably be the only one for I see no activity going on with the other eggs but I must say I am happy.

Today is day 22. I have another egg that has pipped.

Have 2 chicks now. It is day 23 now and I see no movement from any of the other eggs. How much longer should I give them?

I would candle, if no internal pips or obvious movement, I would water candle, if still nothing I would go ahead and eggtopsy, starting in the air cell to make double sure.

I have 2 chicks now. One of them doesn't have much pep and I don't know if it will make it. It stands but not for long. I have tried sugar water but doubt it is getting much. It pooped and was all green..Is that normal?
