Five week old chicks ate avacado

I gave a few slices of avocado to our two five week old buff Orpington chicks after dinner. I just read that avocado is on the "bad" treat list because of the fatty acid persin. They are still acting normally about three hours later. Do I need to be worried? Is there anything I can do to help them? I feel like a moron. Will they be okay?

They currently still live inside the house in a brooder. We were going to move them to the garage this weekend. They eat starter and always have access to fresh water.

They're probably fine. You didn't give them much so as long as they are acting OK, I wouldn't fret about it.

I think it is the peel that is bad. I`ve given mine avacado befor and they are ok
