Five week old chicks.

My five week old chicks are quickly out growing their coop. Can I put them in the large coop/pen with my laying hens? I need your advice please.

I would not put them directly in with the big girls or they will probably get pecked and their feathers pulled out (or worse). Hens tend to be meaner than roosters to chicks that aren't theirs (in my experience).

It is best if you can create a coop and run division with fencing that allows them to see each other without being able to physically get to each other. that way they can get used to the idea for a while (1-2 weeks) before they actually meet.

No they may attack the small ones and kill them put them in a larger coop
