fixed heat issue and temp fluctuation in homemade cabinet

I asked a yesterday about alternate heat options for bator. I picked up a 250 watt heat lamp from resteraunt friend. Works great and only has to stay on for a few seconds at a time to maintain temp. I was also having temp fluctuation from top to bottom. I'm using digital thermostats that were reading 4 degrees off. Recalibrate using medical digital thermostat and I'm only getting .3 fluctuations. I couldn't be happier. I won't try it out until next spring so I have all winter to fine tune and tweek. I figured all my costs and grand total is under $100 for a 90-180 egg cabinet.
