I've had two Khaki's sitting nine eggs and they're almost due but because of they're weight a few are broken. So I'm attempting to fix them until they hatch. I may have to help them hatch due to the repair. It cant hurt to try to help the egg survive.

Let us know how it works out. I usually use candle wax or 🖍 crayon wax to fix a cracked egg and others suggest clear nail polish. Not sure if gorilla glue has chemicals that can harm the duckling inside.

They should hatch this week so we'll see. There were a couple of really big dents so I was trying to give structure as there are two ducks sitting these eggs.

Ohh I see. Will be waiting patiently for updates when they hatch! Best of luck. I recently added crayon wax to a chicken egg in my incubator and it’s due to hatch in a week and still looks good, so we’ll see!

One egg I patched was bad yesterday and starting to smell was black inside and had liquid moving around when I moved it. I through it in the woods and didn't notice a chick on the ground when it broke. The other egg I did a week ago is still good.

How is the egg you patched up from the video you shared?

Bad news on the broken egg. I let my ducks out at 6:00 like normal but when I checked them at 9:30 I found the egg outside the coop smashed open. I then checked the others and they are fine so I went to pick up the smashed egg he was still alive although cold. I put it in the incubator maybe he'll live I'm hoping There is a bit of blood so it wasn't quite ready to hatch it started the internal pip last night. I wonder if my ducks like sitting bit won't rear the chicks or the male kicked it out.

The duck didn't live it only survived a few hours. I think it was to badly hurt when it was kicked out of the coop. It's a long way to the ground with hard obstacles. I think I'm going to finish the rest in the incubator because I don't think they will safely hatch.

I'm sorry
