fixing "leakage" or ticks like this on ameraucana's..

I have three pullets from a hatch of wheaten ameraucans that ended up with some dark leakage or ticks..What do you think causes this? This hen is by far the worst but two more have it to a lesser extent..Sorry for the bad pick, best I could do at the time..

i have some ameraucans and i have never ever had any bug problems with them, sorry i can't help.

yes, the dark small spots in the feathering. I talked with another person about it a week or so ago and they raised a good point that may have been from someone breeding for darker wing and tail feathers..
