Fizzy sound from hen

More information would be helpful, there's not a lot to go on here.

Photos of the hen and her poop?

Fizzy sound from where inside her? Her crop? Her intestines?

What do you feed including treats?

When was her last egg?

How old is she?

Is her crop emptying?

Has she eaten anything moldy/toxic/rotten?

Any bloat/fluid in the abdomen?

Any lice/mites?

Answer the questions above which will be a good start. Thanks!

I'm sorry...I know I was brief, but I was hoping the sound she was making would be enough for someone to tell me something quickly. Her is a pic of Audrey. She is two years old and usually very busy and full of life. I'm not certain where the sound is coming from. Maybe her intestines. I thought maybe she was egg bound so I soaked her in some Epsom salts and applied Vaseline. She was waddling today. She laid an egg yesterday. She gets 6 grain scratch and mealworms for treats. And black caps since we have many. I have all my chickens a preventive wormer (safeguard), last month and check their poop regularly. No worms. No mites or lice either. As far as eating something bad...I don't think so. Unless she got a bad worm or beetle.

Well, isn't she just sweet❤️

She may be struggling with an egg, so I'd give her some extra calcium. 1 Calcium Citrate tablet once a day for 3-5 days. Make sure she's drinking. Do check her crop to make sure it's emptying overnight.
The sound could be from her crop, hard to know. Sometimes there can be some gurgling noises if the crop is not emptying.

Thank you for your response. She laid an egg while in her convalescent basket yesterday and her poop looks perfectly normal so maybe not an egg problem. She has been eating and drinking just fine too. It's like she can't stand up or move around normally. She shimmies and scoots. Her comb and waddles are pretty red and she is alert now. She has been doing some panting though. I no longer hear that fizzy sound. I am baffled.

I'm wondering if Carl, the rooster has hurt her as he is relentless! She is the smallest of my hens.

I'm glad she laid an egg.

Could have been Carl. But with laying hens a lot of times they can start to have some reproductive issues (even is laying eggs) like fluid in the abdomen, tumors, etc.

Do what you can to keep her eating/drinking, that her crop empties. If you haven't dewormed, then consider doing that or get a fecal float.
