So many folks seeing issues, I came armed with supportive care concern hence the "just" statement minimizing the behavior.

What a relief and joy to see their goofiness. It's definitely adorable.

Thanks everyone for the input. I posted them video because I’m a noob and wasn’t sure what was going on, good or bad!

Now I can be happy that it is simply cute birds being even cuter.

I love it! We have two frizzles that do the flap-hop thing regularly, Bunny & L'il Bunny - looks like they think their butts are on fire or something. Hilarious!
