Fleas!!!! I am inexperienced and desperate for your help!!!

The flea medication we use is called Trifexis. Our fleas built up a tolerance to Frontline and I think a lot of fleas have in our area, even to the point where vets don't sell it anymore.
Trifexis works really well and also keeps away other parasites, including heartworms.
